PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project managers are the stage managers of the architecture world, to monitor and offer clear indications of the project quality. At EVO Architects, we offer architectural management services for private residential, commercial and exclusive clients. We have vast experiences working virtually with all the recognized forms of contract that are in general use in the construction industry. We understand client’s desires and requirements from the outset, and ensure the building schemes move smoothly onwards, from inception to completion, without getting snagged up in technical problems along the way. Our team extends beyond our employees to include developers, contractors and consultants. We work closely and co-ordinate the teams whilst regularly communicating with clients. These resources, combined with our solid project management and dedicated accessibility expertise, ensure our clients achieve their project visions on time and within budget. We’re very proud of the effectiveness, competence and confidence of our project management people.

BUILDING WARRANTS

Representing the interest of our clients, we can act as Contract Administrator or principal agent during the building phase of the projects, to conduct site inspections and valuations periodically at key points in the construction phase., of all types and sizes. EVO Architects’s responsibilities in this role includes managing of planning, design, construction and post-construction phases. We will evaluate works completed and validate or reject invoices made by the contractor based on their adherence to the contact drawings and documents. Our qualified professionals are able to assist with a complete review of project documentation, on-site project management, continual monitoring of the work, project scheduling, on-going interaction with the constructor and sub-consultants, project cost and pay application review and compliance, which allow us to provide an invaluable service and best advice on the crucial part of the build process.
